In order to ensure inclusive recruitment selection at EUR, the IDEA Center has created a toolkit to provide guidelines for the selection process of prospective employees from preparation to evaluation, as well as mini e-learnings. This includes a guideline towards writing an inclusive vacancy announcement, composing a diverse selection team, and having inclusive interviews. This toolkit aims to decrease the role of bias in the selection process, hence selecing the best candidate.
By having this toolkit we can provide a tangible instrument by which we train and inform positions of leadership to recruit inclusive, complementairy and representative staff pool.
