Joint Degree Programs
The UNIC Alliance is currently developing new educational programs for undergraduate, master’s and PhD students. Our joint education programs focus on contributing to the urban resilience of postindustrial cities and creating societal impact by developing a core methodology for university-wide education and research and by bringing the challenges of post-industrial cities to our learning pedagogies through a challenge-based learning methodology. The UNIC universities offer online language modules and informational material that provide an introduction to each university, city, and official university languages. These modules ensure that students have a deep understanding of intercultural communication and a sense of belonging, no matter where they come from and where they are currently studying. By 2022, our language modules will be open for enrollment.
