The City of Oulu
Dr. Markus Rytinki received a UNIC Seed Fund from the University of Oulu to coordinate a project proposal for a Horizon Europe call on developing a scalable model to promote European values. All UNIC universities and several societal partners, such as the City of Oulu as the Capital of Culture 2026 in key role, partner this submitted proposal making use of the UNIC Centre for City Futures transnational living lab.
