The aim of collaborative initiative is gaining insights into needs for mastering internationalization through short mobility programs, of partners involved and beyond with following objectives: 1) gaining insights into reasons why university staff lacks motivation for internationalization, 2) identifying general and specific educational needs for short-term mobilities organization and implementation, 3) developing an application for a Blended intensive program for staff to address the identified educational needs and 4) developing a conference research paper on lessons learned.
