Janja Hauschild is a project manager at the non-profit organisation Le Monde des Possibles, whose main mission is to provide a dignified welcome for migrants and people of foreign origin in Liège. Within Le Monde des Possibles, she is in charge of European and local projects related to several themes such as intercultural mediation, entrepreneurship and social economy.

In relation to the social economy, she was in charge of the Coopér'Actives pilot project, which aimed to promote the socio-professional integration of migrant women through ephemeral culinary cooperatives as a tool to strengthen their employability, while relying on their multiple skills, knowledge and know-how.
